Hays is working with its large Federal Government client to source for an Agile Coach to join a high-profile Program of work formed in 2020. This Department is well renowned in the market and has a large scope of work across multiple Digital Transformation initiatives.

**Your new role**

As Agile Coach, you play a key role in building capability and Digital Services to modernise Australia's export systems. As part of a large Division, this Program is simultaneously future proofing current and emerging systems. Part of the responsibility of the Agile Coach will be delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies. They will lead a cross-functional team through all phases of the product development process.

Other deliverables include:

- Lead and facilitate Agile Ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Mentor and coach multiple teams, helping them properly understand Agile and Scrum practices
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to optimise workflows and streamline development process

**What you'll need to succeed**

As well as strong knowledge of Agile Frameworks, such as Scrum/Kanban or Lean; successful applicants will need demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex Agile environments. Any existing knowledge of Export systems and processes would be a huge advantage.
