**About Us**

Role:

- Billable delivery role, matrixed reporting to ADH & head of delivery in QET (Quality Engineering & Testing)
- Melbourne based

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Highly experienced in market trends around Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps and what the leading techniques and best practices are for these disciplines
- Strong background in supporting pre-sales activities, customer solutions, RFPs/RFIs
- Highly adept with the solutions life-cycle, understanding diverse technical problem statements across many industry domains and translating these into technical solutions that articulate the value back to stakeholders at different levels, engineers, project owners, execute sponsors, etc.
- A strong vision for the future of Quality Engineering and able to set a ‘North Star’ for how any organization should aspire to uplift their Quality Engineering practices
- Highly experienced with assessing the maturity of Quality Engineering delivery services and able to build assessment frameworks and road-maps for improvement
- Deep level of technical expertise in the Quality & Engineering fields with strong programming skills and the ability to demonstrate technical concepts simply to all types of audiences
- Experience in GenAI & latest tools preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present a strong verbal narrative through the use of effective slide packs and engaging public speaking skills
- Proven background in leading a practice or large team of technical staff, mentoring and guiding a diverse group of different skill levels
- Deep knowledge of Test Automation practices, tools and platforms, and able to communicate the best fit for purpose tool selections for the problem statement
- Demonstrated experience in scaling enterprise-level Test Automation solutions across diverse technology stacks
- Highly adept at all phases of testing associated with the SDLC (i.e. not just GUI Test Automation), middleware, data stores, cloud/infra etc.
- Demonstrated community leader, and contributor i.e. conferences, meetups, open-source code etc.
