Our client is a well a respected local boutique real estate agent with a reputation of having exceptional communication, being proactive with clients, a professional approach and hands on involvement in their local community.

The Directors to are dedicated to the ongoing training and improvement of their team. We are looking for an exceptional, motivated real estate professional to join a growing Property Management team.

**The role**:

- You will be responsible for leasing properties we have under management and ensuring a smooth handover to the Property Management team.
- You will work closely with the PM team and be overseen by the Department Head.

**Your duties will include**:

- Marketing and communication regarding leasing priories
- Scheduling and conducting viewings and Open for Inspections
- Co-ordinating with the Senior Property Manager for a smooth transition and good customer experience

**Essential requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months prior experience in leasing, real estate or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to deal professionally with owners, tenants & contractors
- A current valid Drivers License
- Real Estate qualifications
- Reliable car
- Availability to work Saturday’s

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
