**Job description**:
Are you an experienced Test Analyst with proven expertise in Data / ETL testing specifically? This initial 6 month contract is for you.

In this role, your main focus will be the to validate data-based solutions against the business requirements and ensure a high-quality outcome is produced.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse Requirements /User stories
- Create & execute test plans, scripts, cases
- Perform different testing (i.e System testing, Integration, Regression testing)
- Collaborate with BI Developers, BI analysts and the business representatives in the construction and execution of the test scenarios.
- Identify & track defects progress and resolution.

You should have:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong SQL skills is essential
- Cloud environment (Azure is preferable)
- ETL testing
- API testing
- Must be able to write scripts for test automation from scratch and deploy them, the Automation Test Framework is built in Databricks using Python. TOSCA is used elsewhere in the organisation, experience of which may be useful.
- Experienced in testing Waterfall & Agile development projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiar with best Practices of Release / Environment management
