As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

About the Role

Some of the specifics
- Telstra Store Eastland
- Shop 1019, Level 1 Eastland Shopping Centre 171-175 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood VIC 3134
- Multiple Casual Positions Available
- Store Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm, Thursday 9:00am-9:00pm, Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm

Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
