Our client is an automotive service and repair business in Brisbane's outer norther suburb of Strathpine. They are seeking to appoint a Workshop Manager / Store Manager to take control of all aspects of this business. The role offers security of tenure, modern facilities, career advancement prospects and a friendly working environment. This is a beautiful area if you are not local, offers a tree change to a more relaxed lifestyle. The business trades full days Monday to Saturday, and the position offers every Sunday and a flexible weekday off. Working every 2nd Saturday will be necessary and rostered.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience as an automotive industry service, workshop or store manager. You will have strong management, people handling, organizational and financial skills, and be seeking a long term position. In addition, you will have the drive and energy to motivate your staff, satisfy your clients and ensure good profitability

Salary is envisaged to fall in the $90k to $100k range plus super. Also offered are use of a vehicle, fuel and a bonus structure.
