Antech Constructions is looking for a Host for their new display home located in the Shoreline Estate at Redland Bay.

Our ideal team member must be well presented and exhibit excellent communication skills. You will be the first impression of Antech Constructions to our potential Clients.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Complete the open and close procedure for the display home daily
- Maintaining the impeccable appearance of the display home
- Welcome Clients into the display home
- Understand and have the ability to answer questions regarding Antech Constructions and our standard inclusions
- Promote the Antech Brand
- Distribute marketing collateral
- Accurately recording qualified Client details into the CRM
- Schedule meetings for qualified Clients
- Follow up potential leads
- Daily reporting on Client numbers & feedback
- Reporting maintenance issues for the display home
- Reorder marketing material as required
- Other duties as required

Experience in the real estate and property industry will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $38.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

- Must be able to work the hours of 9:30AM to 4:30PM Saturday to Wednesday
