**Role Description/Criteria**

This exciting and fulfilling position is one that can make a measurable difference in a student's journey.

The Learning Diversity Coordinator role is full-time for the 2023 school year with the possibility of progressing to ongoing.

This is a leadership position requiring a person with relevant experience, enthusiasm and interpersonal qualities to lead the College Learning Enhancement team. The role of the team is to cater for the individual learning needs of students across all levels from Prep-12.

The incumbent is responsible for leading the differentiated and personalised learning programs of the College. They are responsible for students who require special learning support. The Learning Diversity Coordinator works with teachers to identify the special learning needs of particular students and to implement a supportive program in collaboration with these students, families, teachers and resource personnel.

**ABOUT GENAZZANO**

Genazzano FCJ College is a Catholic day and boarding school, ELC to Year 12 and International students are enrolled across the College. The boarding premises are located at Hopetoun Hall. The College embodies the charism of Marie Madeleine d’Houët, the founder of the Faithful Companions of Jesus. The College shares with its community a future-oriented and distinctive learning culture guided by reflection, wisdom, and service, empowering children and young people to transform the world with hope and care. Each person's dignity is an essential element in how the College lives out its vision and promotes the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children and young people.
