We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced Part time & Casual **Security Team Members** to join our team at **Chirnside Park Shopping Centre.**

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence on-site whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. Security experience in a retail setting is preferred.

Work hours are as follows:
**Role 1(Part Time)**: Sunday to Wednesday 6am - 2pm & Fridays 12pm - 10pm

**Role 2**: Casual Basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)
- Protection of the premises, employees, contractor, and visitors
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- General security duties including administration tasks
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports
- Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and follow team members via the correct communication device

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- **Hold a valid Victorian Security License & First Aid Certificate**:

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders
- Warm and empathetic nature with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage a variety of high-pressure situations
