We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Intake Officer to join our team and contribute to our growth as a leading NDIS provider.

Experience working in the health and disability industry is preferred. Individual who is passionate about ensuring clients receive access to safe and appropriate care and environment.

Main job responsibilities include:

- Networking and liaising with Support Coordinators, hospitals, Circle of Influence (COI), and other stakeholders at the highest level to generate referrals and leads.
- Actively seeking and engaging with potential clients who may benefit from the services provided by the organization.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth through proactive outreach, campaigns, expos, networking events.
- Measuring participation and contribution to the organization's marketing initiatives and events.
- Preparing reports and analysis related to client acquisition efforts.
- Tracking the percentage of lead conversion and measuring the success rate.
- Introducing innovative methods to attract new business.
- Representing P&L positively and professionally in all client interactions, promoting its mission and value.
- Tracking the number of new clients referred by existing clients or COI.
- Staying updated about the market trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities for expansion or improvement

**Essential Competencies and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's Degree in social work, nursing, allied health, health, or similar, or substantial leadership and community services experience.
- Experience in a mid to senior management level role in disability, community, accommodation, and/or aged care services, or in property or tenancy management with a focus on delivering outcomes for clients and employees.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience working directly with people with disability with demonstrated awareness of the key issues faced by people with disabilities relating to housing,
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively at all levels and the ability to negotiate and influence successful outcomes,
- Strong reporting skills and competency with Microsoft programs, particularly Word and Excel,
- Well-developed problem-solving and influencing skills including the ability to recommend strategies for resolution,
- Current driver’s license or access to transport.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathfield, NSW 2135: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
