**The Position**

***
Maali Group is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager. This is a great opportunity to diversify your SHEQ experience in utilities, construction, and resources industry.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety
- Knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements
- Able to provide general safety support & training when required
- Ensure compliance is maintained with safety documents
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Able to support the operations team develop and implement strategic proposals and tenders
- Demonstrated experience in achieving performance goals and objectives
- Able to travel between job site locations as required and occasional site visits to the Pilbara projects

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in SHEQ
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a SHEQ management role
- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum Certificate IV OHS/WHS)
- Demonstrated minimum 1 years’ experience as a SHEQ Advisor in utilities, construction, and resources industry
- Current National Police Clearance
- Construction Safety Induction White Card
- Valid Australian Driver’s License - “C” Class

**Highly Regarded**:

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment beneficial
- System implementation & maintenance knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 desirable
- Experience or qualifications in risk management, quality management and environmental management
