Our client is a premier international producer of building products in adhesives with a newer facility in the Wacol area. The last few years have seen incredible growth within the business and as such, they are seeking further **_permanent_** **Production Team Leaders **and** Machine Operators** with **Forklift Licences**.

The company offers a range of stable shifts covering Days, Afternoons (Monday to Friday) and Nights (Sunday to Thursday).

In return for your skills and experience, the company offers:

- $37.00 per hour as a full time permanent Team Leader plus Over time
- $34.00 per hour as a full time permanent Operator plus Over time
- Quarterly and monthly team lunches/get togethers
- Optional over time opportunities
- Indoor sports facility
- Exceptional training and safety systems

Ideal **Forklift ticketed** **Machine Operators** and **Team Leaders** will possess:

- Good experience in a manufacturing/production machine operating role
- Forklift licence is required
- Any experience in batching/mixing or quality control would be highly regarded
- Good safety attitude and ability to complete basic manual handling tasks in a factory environment
