**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional Fleet Administrator to join their growing team in Moorebank. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment, with a potential to extend

Working within the Vehicle Changeover team, you will be responsible for arranging the exchange of new and used vehicles, vehicle registration, CTP and other documentation to support the deliver of effective and efficient business outcomes

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high quality, professional customer service
- Answer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage all incoming calls, redirecting and taking messages as required
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage end to end vehicle changeover schedule including road transportation collection and delivery
- Organise speedometer calibration for vehicles with approved supplier
- Finalise agreed ordering specifications with suppliers
- Generating work orders for accessories and commissioning of vehicles
- Processing infringements, invoices, registration, CTP paperwork and loan vehicle requests
- Monitor on time monthly usage returns
- Coordinate overdue service and recall notifications
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Generating monthly fleet usage reports and vehicle change updates
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated Pre Delivery, Fleet Administration or Business Support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and takes initiative with a strong team and task focus
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday onsite
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Valid Baseline security clearance and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
