We are currently searching for a Group Corporate Support Services Manager to join the Perth Finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will lead a high performing team to deliver day-to-day operations of the Corporate Support Services Team including Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable and ERP Support.

Your focus will include:
- Management of Service Level Agreements for the delivery of Corporate Support Services to the business.- Preparation and submission of Payment Times Reports and WGEA Reporting.- Monitoring and analysis of budget- Project Management and overseeing system upgrades and liaison with vendors- Improvement strategies and transformation, ensuring the corporate services function is aligned with the business.- Managing business processes for corporate support functions (transaction processing and payroll) ensuring relevance, accuracy, compliance, and innovative continuous improvement to align with Clough’s ERP.- Development and maintenance of accurate up to date process documentation underpinning Clough’s ERP.- Change advocate - evaluate and challenge the performance, ease of use and ongoing purpose/relevancy of all aspects of our transactional data and processes and be an advocate for positive change.- Proactively identifying business needs and issues, working with business process owners to solve functional problems, explaining functional process improvement opportunities, and working to build consensus.- Converting business needs to functional process designs and lead business stakeholders toward design decisions.- Engagement with senior stakeholders to identify, communicate and remediate issues- Streamlining and simplifying ERP transactional processes- Ensuring Clough’s ERP is configured with appropriate, and approvals are in line with Clough’s procedures and delegation of authority- Ensuring system security is aligned with Clough’s Security Operating Standard.- Collaborating with and responding to internal and external audit requirements.

What you will bring to the team:
Exceptional people leader skills.- Strong knowledge of Payroll and Statutory requirements for the payroll function.- Implementation and management of ERP systems and process mapping.- Strong experience with creation and embedding of ERP process documentation.- Development of ERP manuals and training documentation.- Experience implementing and maintaining Service Level Agreements.- Change Management.- Strong transactional processing experience.- Proven delivery of accurate and detailed reporting.- Experience working across multiple division and projects including joint ventures.- Capability of influencing and directing senior management and line management.
