Rsa Marshall

Casual RSA Marshall (Doorperson / Inhouse Security officer) required for a busy pub in Mandurah.

Must have an approachable & polite attitude as you're the first person our patrons meet Crowd Control / Security experience in pub or nightclub setting highly desirable.
Applicants should have great communication skills and be well presented.

We pride ourselves on being a safe and friendly team. Upholding the legislative requirements in the Responsible Service of Alcohol and our venues firm policy of 'zero tolerance' for antisocial behaviours.

Must hold a valid Unrestricted WA Approved Managers Card.

Well above HIGA Award Rates.
Friday $36/hr, after midnight $43/hr.
Saturday $43/hr, after midnight $55/hr.
Sunday $55/hr. Public Holidays $75/hr.

Required for work weekend evenings (7pm-2am) & special events/public holidays (eg. New Years Eve). We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

10-15 hours available on weekends.

Must have reliable transport.
