**Salary Range**: $71,711.00 + Superannuation (pro rata for part time appointment)

**About the Role**

Holy Spirit Early Learning Centre (ELC) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Office Manager to join their dynamic and inclusive team. Offering school hours, paid school holidays, permanent employment and professional development

The Office Manger is the first point of contact between the ELC and our clients and is also a point of continuing communication within our ELC community (parents, parish, staff, students and visitors).The role will require highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and competencies with the the financial workings of a school setting.

**Essential Criteria**
- An understanding of and commitment to the mission of Catholic Schools and the establishment of authentic relationships within the school community and willingness to participate in the life of the school.
- A strong financial background including advanced knowledge and experience with a windows based accounting package. Maze experience or similar preferred.
- Excellent oral (face to face contact and phone skills) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent word processing skills and the ability to use and knowledge of software packages including the latest Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Experience with Qikkids database system.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent knowledge of office management processes including handling and preparation of correspondence, structuring and maintenance of general office and student filing systems and operation of printing/photocopying machines.
- Ability to use discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information in relation to students, staff and parent/carers within the school community.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to prioritise workloads in a busy school office environment.
