The continued portfolio growth has created an opening an experienced Investment Analyst to join their team.
- Maintenance of valuation models, data base and building finical models.
- Work closely with the portfolio manager providing analysis and collaborating with different reams.
- Prepare portfolio documentation and information for unit pricing.
- Presenting investment reports for committee.
- Monitor funds performances producing balance sheets and P&L reports.
- Use financial market packages such as Bloomberg and IRESS

**Key Skills**
- Tertiary education in Property, Finance or Commerce.
- Understanding of investment management process and REIT markets.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Flexible and shows initiative to deal with deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with teams.
