Next in Health has collaborated with one of Victoria's leading Aged Care and NDIS home care providers, founded in 1957 and they are looking for a new Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator to join a collaborative, supportive growing team.

**Your day to day duties will include**
- Make sure all employees are rostered to suitable services as per their skills, qualifications and experience
- Establish and update all employee availability into our scheduling systems
- Grow and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members and stakeholder
- You will need to ensure all services are delivered in a professional, caring and respectful manner

**As the successful Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator you will need**:

- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative/ coordinator role _(_experience in Healthcare, aged care or disability is desired but not essential_)_
- You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when liaising with people from culturally diverse backgrounds
- You will have high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills
Competent in MS Office suite
- Able to use your own initiative and work to deadlines
- Someone who can show compassion, sensitivity and cultural awareness
- A self-organised individual with high levels of motivation and can work autonomously
