**Introduction**:
THE ROLE

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this key role will provide operational payroll administrative support services to a diverse range of businesses from within a highly customer-focused and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to

Ensure accurate, compliant, reliable, efficient and effective on-time delivery of payroll services when processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls on an end-to-end basis, to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time each pay period.
Assisting with the calculation, processing and payments of Superannuation, Payroll Tax, PAYG and Workers Compensation, ensuring relevant third-party payments have be processed on time to ATO, clearing house and/or collection agencies.
Manage timely and accurate reporting to internal key stakeholders, supporting a diverse number of internally owned Mulpha businesses.
Check and ensure accurate download of time and attendance information and data.
Ensure all general ledger interfaces and payroll reporting is compliant and within required deadlines.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a payroll position.
High volume payroll data entry experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and other frequent used formula).
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems
Enjoy process improvement and champion best practice
Experience on TechOne or Kronos is desirable but not essential.
Accounting and finance background is preferred but not essential.
