**Alamdar Bakery,** located in the bustling industrial heart of **Dandenong South, VIC**, is on the hunt for a skilled and passionate **Baker **to join our dedicated team. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art of baking, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience to help elevate our bakery offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all baking equipment and premises are thoroughly checked for cleanliness and operational efficiency before each production run, adhering strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the highest quality standards by inspecting raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients for product consistency.
- Skillfully knead, mature, cut, mould, mix, and shape dough and pastry goods, ensuring superior texture and form.
- Prepare various pastry fillings with precision and creativity, adding unique touches to traditional recipes.
- Closely monitor oven temperatures and the appearance of products to determine optimal baking times.
- Efficiently coordinate the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling processes for a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries.
- Operate specialized machinery for rolling, moulding dough, and cutting biscuits, mastering the tools essential to baking.
- Manage the routine emptying, cleaning, and greasing of baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment to maintain a pristine baking environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a baking role.
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Baking
- Proficient in a variety of baking techniques and knowledgeable about industry safety standards.
- A passion for baking and a drive to innovate within the field.

**Salary**: $70,000 plus superannuation per annum
