Immi Smart is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pearson Test of English (PTE) Trainer to join our team on a part-time, casual basis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about language education and helping others succeed in their immigration and professional journeys. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic PTE preparation courses, providing individualized feedback, and supporting our clients towards achieving their desired English proficiency levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct PTE preparation classes tailored to the needs of clients aiming to pass the PTE exam for immigration purposes.
- Develop customized study materials and resources focused on the PTE exam.
- Organize and administer practice exams, offering detailed feedback to help clients improve.
- Keep up to date with PTE exam trends and updates to ensure the training content remains relevant.
- Provide motivational support and guidance to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their unique needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant English language teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
- Experience in teaching PTE or similar English proficiency tests is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the PTE exam format, scoring criteria, and effective preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- A flexible approach to work, with the willingness to offer classes in the evenings or weekends as required.
