Caddies Creek Public School is a large primary school situated within the Blacktown Local Government area and the Quakers Hill school education group. The school has a student enrolment of 960 students with around 78% from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. **Selection Criteria**:

- Approval to teach primary English as a Second Language or currently completing or currently enrolled in an approved post graduate qualification for teaching English as a Second Language primary as recognised by the NSW Department of Education.
- Ability to lead professional learning and data informed practices within classrooms through demonstrated deep knowledge of the EAL/D Learning Progressions and ESL Scales.
- Willingness to support and deliver culturally inclusive initiatives to engage the student, staff and school community to enhance positive home /school partnerships.
- Evidence of outstanding collaborations and wellbeing practices that support the creation of positive learning environments within different learning contexts across the school.

If applicable engagement will be temporary until successful completion of the approved post graduate qualification for teaching English as a Second Language (primary or secondary) as recognised by the NSW Department of Education, which must be completed within 12 months.
