We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee residential and commercial projects, specifically Aged Care facilities.

- Varied construction projects, from residential to commercial.
- Looking to promote people into more senior roles.
- Smaller, tight knit team. However, with company growth and expansion, there is a need for more talented people to join the team.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Projects located in Narellan.
- You will need to read and understand electrical plans and bushfire reports in order to incorporate them into construction please.
- Residential construction projects, need to be run and managed like commercial construction sites.
- Hands - on role. You will need strong multi tasking skills.
- Supervision of all trades & subcontractors.
- Run inductions, toolbox talks.
- Keeping sediment under control, making sure environmental controls are in check.
- Set outs and mark outs.

**Experience and skills**
- Someone with a broad range of experience and knowledge is ideal.
- Minimum of 3+ yrs relevant and local experience.
- Previous experience in Commercial, Residential & Aged Care projects
- Ability to manage several concurrent projects.
- Ability to work within a team environment but can work autonomously when required.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Motivated person with a passion for their work.
- Own vehicle will be required.
