**About the Role**

As the Quality Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the standard of care within our multidisciplinary Cancer Program team. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you will provide invaluable support and guidance on patient safety, accreditation, and risk management processes. Your insights will help shape business improvement projects that ensure our clinical services are not only safe but also effective, ultimately elevating the patient experience.

In this position, you will take accountability for the outcomes of clinical management practices, addressing any discrepancies between established protocols and actual practices. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritises safety and quality in patient care. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will manage specific work portfolios, coordinate key projects, and implement programs that drive improved outcomes for patients and clients alike. Your proactive approach will be essential in creating impactful changes within our health service.

**About You**

We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong nursing or midwifery background who can inspire and drive positive change in our healthcare environment. If you have a passion for fostering staff development and enhancing patient engagement, we want to hear from you
- APHRA registered Nurse/Midwife with extensive post-registration experience.
- Proven leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Strong ability to manage projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems.
