**The Role**

Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Manager to join our team. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health, this manager is to provide leadership and daily direction to the sales and fitness teams.

**The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following**:

- Monitor (and lead as example by achieving/generating) membership and supplement sales whilst focusing on monthly and annual targets
- Manage, train, and develop the performance of sales staff
- Build a fun, engaging environment/culture for our members and staff
- Encourage and implement our policies, business practices, systems and processes
- General cleaning, maintenance, and oversight of the gym
- Conduct all other required HR duties, such as: 1 on 1s, performance reviews, rostering, leave management, etc.

- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers
- To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- At least 2 years of management experience
- Customer service experience & strong administration skills
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
