**Responsibilities**:

- Confidently engage with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Drive website traffic and enhance SEO ranking through strategic initiatives.
- Analyse digital marketing reports to improve strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in general marketing activities such as events and content creation.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, flyers, and website content.
- Collaborate on the development of sales strategies, with potential to lead the formation of a sales team in the future.
- Administration support.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate on the development of sales strategies, with potential to lead the formation of a sales team in the future.
- Complete CRM entries and manage other data management systems to maintain accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Driver's license and transportation required.
- On-site work only; no work-from-home option.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
