We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our bouquet of champions.

LaManna Supermarket is renowned for its quality and range of products matched with a bunch of staff who are passionate about everything they do.

Our Customer Service team are at the face of LaManna and with this comes the responsibility to provide our customers with a service that is second to none.

You will have the crucial position which reflects upon the initial impressions of the company and is vital to a rosy beginning and end to the Customer's & Employee's Experience.

You must have permanent residency in Australia.

**Job Tasks & Responsibilities |**
You must be ‘blooming’ great at Floristry and have a creative flare with a keen eye for detail.

The Florist Manager will run the day-to-day operations of the department and nourish a small team

You must be reliable and flexible. Punctuality is essential to succeed.

You will have some experience in effectively managing a roster, timesheets and leave requests to ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently.

Be able to stand tall and confidently engage with our customers, getting to know them and building a strong rapport with them.

Work with our Department Managers and team members in a respectful and helpful manner at all times to ensure our customers have access to the best of the best.

You must be able to blossom in a fast-paced environment.

Be able to branch out and think outside the garden bed, have excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to flourish and generate your own work when required.

You must be able to thrive within a diverse team and be able to acclimatize to the unpredictable.

You must have an open mind and be willing to learn and grow with the business. To be successful in this role you will need to have the following essential skills and knowledge:
