**About the Role**

This is an opportunity for an accomplished credit controller to join a forward moving company with the flexibility to make the position their own. You will report directly to the Financial Manager. The role also involves timely liaising with other departments as required.

Crucial to the role will be your proven communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach will predict your continued growth within the company. You will be able to demonstrate training and experience at:

- Monitoring and managing your workload while ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining outstanding customer service levels while meeting targets and deadlines
- Minimizing the risk of bad and doubtful debts.
- Assessing prudently and confidentially the credit worthiness of potential customers
- Ongoing reviews of customers' financial strength and their ability to meet their payment obligations.
- Setting realistic credit limits and terms for customers
- Monitoring and following up on collection speedily
- Problem solving and minimizing disputes
- Account reconciliations, banking, credit control and ad hoc project work to support the accounts and customer service team.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs and experience with account software, Microsoft Excel experience will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
