We are looking for a piling offsider to join the team - you don't need to be able to run a job on your own but will need a good understanding of the basic mechanics and process. We are willing to train the right person if you have experience in formwork, concrete or related field. Work is based in Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Pre-site meetings
Work as part of a Piling/Ground Engineering crew
Assist with setting up of piling rigs & machinery
Operation of Piling Rigs
Maintain the productivity rate
Basic machine maintenance
Offsiding
General site duties
Assisting other members of the piling crew
Report to Site Manager/Leading Hand

**What are we looking for**
- Experience working with/for piling rigs as an offsider preferred
- Forklift licence preferred
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Construction Industry white card
- EWP, Dogman, Excavator, First Aid and Work at Heights certificate (desirable)
- Great communication
- Keen desire to learn and progress
- Commitment to WH&S
- Positive person with a flexible attitude who enjoys being part of a team
- Reliable and conscientious
