We are currently seeking 2 full-time Cabinet Makers from Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) & Saturday work on occasion with overtime rates payable. The annual wage will be $70,000 to $80,000 plus 10% superannuation commensurate with skill and experience.

**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated, cabinet maker to join our installation team & manage a range of residential installation projects. This position requires fabrication of wooden furniture, cabinets and fitting of prepared wooden parts to make furniture for residential projects.

Main duties include:

- Complete cabinetry / joinery installation based off architectural plans & shop drawings
- Site management including on-site client communication & ensuring a safe/tidy worksite
- Fitting hinges locks, catches, drawers and shelves for onsite building
- Selecting appropriate materials such as timber, veneers, particle board and synthetic wood
- Project management & meeting installation deadlines
- Marking out, cutting and shaping wood in accordance to specifications
- Effective communication with technical team & production manager'
- Some on-site fabrication as required
- Examine drawings, work orders and sample parts to determine specifications

**Required Skills, Qualifications & Requirements**
- Must have a relevant Certificate III or higher with at least two years of on-the-job training, post qualification. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications requirement.
- Own tools of trade
- Residential projects experience
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail and excellent workmanship
- Able to work effectively without supervision
- Willing to work overtime
- Driver’s license

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
