We're a Perth based meal kit company making midweek dinners easy. We send our customers all the ingredients needed to cook recipes they select from our website. We have a relentless focus on customer needs, and deliver on these needs through continuous improvement and inhouse manufacturing. Our vision is to excel at Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities will include:
Perform repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Implement maintenance programs
- Evaluate and implement equipment upgrades
- Identify processes suitable for mechanization
- Work with vendors to specify, quote and procure equipment
- Provide training on correct use of equipment
- Measure equipment effectiveness

Ensure safe operating conditions
- Identify safety risks
- Put in place safety procedures
- Provide training on safety
- Implement safety systems / equipment to reduce human error
- Reduce changeover and set up times
- Develop work standards

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree in related field
- Experience in a manufacturing industry
- Experience with lean manufacturing preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
