**Your new role**

**Title**: People Advisor - Systems and Administration Lead

**Location**: Be based in any of our hubs within Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or South Australia

**Salary**: $88,920 plus super

You are an integral team member of the People team with responsibility as people advisor (triage and respond to basic to intermediate people questions), systems management, analytical people reporting, onboarding and offboarding administration, compliance and leading the people & culture administration team.

If you started last week, this is some of the things you may have been doing:

- Low to intermediate level HR enquiries from team members & leaders
- Responding to queries through the People Inbox
- Working within Employment Hero as a super user, trouble shooting, escalating where required
- Preparing P&C reports as required
- Actively coordinating and actioning administration tasks associated with the end to end employee lifecycle
- Providing administration support as directed by the People Lead

**What do you need for this role?**

You will bring with you a background in Human Resources, either holding a degree in Human Resource Management or similar and or be working towards this. As a strong administrator you will have a strong background in and passion for reporting and analytics along with good calendar management and project management experience. You will be a quick learner of new systems and proactive in nature.

Ideally you will have some leadership experience and additionally have worked previously in either a health or NDIS sector.
