**CONVERGENCE PRODUCT OWNER - DIGITAL & CHANNEL EXPERIENCE**

**Role purpose & environment**:
The Convergence team is responsible for developing the 3-5-year Convergence ‘north star’, as well as prioritising, aligning and executing on initiatives that achieve our strategic convergence goals. They are also custodians of our convergence targets, driving performance excellence across key business and CX metrics.
The objective of the Convergence Product owner - Digital & Channel Experience is to work in partnership with the business and the Head of Convergence, to develop the strategic roadmap, prioritisation and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.
This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong relationship building across Digital Customer Lifecycle management, Retail, Telesales, Care, Retention and IT/GTM teams.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Develop Digital and Channel experience ‘north-star’ for Convergence across the company's brands, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders and aligning the broader Convergence and Consumer strategies.
- Develop the execution plan for Convergence digital and channel experience initiatives, utilising a data-driven customer-centric approach.
- Lead cross-functional squads in the delivery of short and longer-term convergence initiatives.
- Utilise household data and customer analytics to size and prioritise initiatives and formulate a roadmap of activities based on the most material opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of regular and automated
reporting on key metrics and measure the success of key initiatives.
- Drive a relentless focus on identifying areas for continuous improvement and be a champion for customer and employee driven change.
- Seek partnerships with the right external vendors, to ensure our digital and channel technology is fit-for-purpose
- Keep-up to date with competitive analysis, consumer trends and global best
practice.
- The role is responsible for delivering key Convergence KPIs as defined by the
Convergence strategy.
**About You**:
Working across various internal and external stakeholder groups, you will require strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities; as well as presentation skills to communicate their vision.
Designing the future convergence experiences for company's brands, will require a human-centred design thinking approach, that puts the people and customers first.
Professional experience required includes:
- Minimum 6-years’ experience as a Product owner or Transformation expert within a large-scale service-based, digital or Retail industry, ideally with at least 3-years in the Telecommunications industry
- Minimum 8-years’ experience in digital and/or channel strategy or operations

- Minimum 5-years’ experience working in an Agile or similar environment,
managing large cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or similar. MBA highly desirable
- Agile/PO/Customer strategy certification is highly desirable
