We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as an Dispatch Co Ordinator for our busy client located in Minto 10 minute walk from Minto Station.

Flexibility is required

Hours are Monday to Friday

6am-2pm

8am-4pm

With Occasional Overtime.

Pay Rate from $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities;**
- Production Scheduling
- Order Fulfilment
- Material Coordination
- Equipment and Resource Allocation
- Quality Control Coordination
- Data Management
- Safety and Compliance

**Qualifications;**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Forklift licence is preferred but not required.
