Belgravia Academy is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia. Our core areas of business and facilities stewardship include health clubs, wellness and spa, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues in 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand.

The RTO is an Enterprise RTO - meaning it exists to serve its own staff. Now we are expanding our programs and services to further support BHLG and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of quality training and assessment to students with cognitive and/or intellectual disabilities that is reflective of industry standards.
- Preparation of compliant class material, presentations or lesson plans and additional resources as required (note Belgravia Academy has a full set of Work Education resources).
- Comply with and always uphold, the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 (The Standards) and Belgravia Academy RTO policies and procedures.
- Attendance and participation in professional activities, such as curriculum meetings, validation/moderation sessions or TAS reviews.

**Requirements**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its equivalent/successor
- Demonstrable expertise in teaching in the Special Education field along with a supporting qualification, and
- Evidence of relevant knowledge of theories, methods and practises in teaching learners with a range of cognitive and/or intellectual disabilities.
- We would also like a commitment to see the project through - with the potential for future programs to be run.

**Belgravia Academy (RTO ID 45497)**

Belgravia Academy is the trading names for Belgravia Pro (RTO ID 45497), a registered training organisation (RTO) owned by Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG).

BHLG includes a range of entities that cover our Tourism and Holiday Parks, our Health, Fitness & Wellness experiences, our Aquatics programs, Sport and Leisure facilities, and Hospitality and Events experiences too.

Belgravia Pro (BPro) is one entity within BHLG. Ours is an Enterprise RTO - meaning it exists to serve its own staff. Now we are expanding our programs and services to

support more than just BPro, we are expanding to support BHLG, and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia.

In 2023 our programs include qualifications and short courses in:

- Health & Safety
- Travel & Tourism
- Hospitality & Wellness
- Sport & Aquatics
- Inclusion programs
