**Role Definition**

**Some of the key responsibilities will include;**
- Reviews the credit history, profitability and liquidity of clients to assess the risk level involved in credit extension or money lending.
- Consults with customers to verify financial and credit transactions; responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints.
- Communicates with credit associations and other relevant authorities about the credit history of customers.

- **Service Excellence**:Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques, ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellence service in a direct or indirect manner
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy, ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- **Analytical Thinking**:Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis, ability to determine the root cause of organisational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- **Credit Analysis and Verification**:Knowledge of credit analysis and verification; ability to utilize tools and techniques to determine the credit-worthiness of an applicant
- **Financial Statement Analysis**:Knowledge of financial statement and balance sheet; ability to analyse financial statement data and determine the credit-worthiness of a business enterprise

**Education/Experience**:

- A university degree or equivalent experience desired
