**About the role**

City of Ryde has two vacant positions within our Public Domain team:
Labourer (Compactor Crew)

The role focuses on providing maintenance labouring and cleaning services that are specifically related to road, footpath and street litter bin colelction within the town centres of the City of Ryde. Note this role requires a Class MR or HR Truck Licence. For further information please view the position description.

Labourer

In this role you will work in a small team to provide maintenance labouring and cleaning services that are specifically related to road, footpath and town centre works within the City of Ryde. Note this role requires a minimum Class C Driver’s Licence. For further information please view the position description.

Your commencing salary in either position will be in the range **$49,438 - $64,270 p.a. + AWC Level 2 Allowance (**$2,467.49 p.a.)** + Superannuation,** dependent upon relevant skills and experience.

**Key Requirements**
- WHS General Induction Certificate (White Card)
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining of Public Domain facilities such as town centres, street furniture, fittings & signage
- Experience in waste collection
- Demonstrated experience in the use of small plant and equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team and without close supervision
