We have a total focus on the production of an exquisite range of interesting, varied products all made by traditional baking methods and using all natural ingredients.

We pride ourselves on being a premium producer of quality products. Our facilities are clean and safe, state of the art and well organised.

What are we looking for? You must have an appropriate trade qualification in baking, and ideally have some experience working in a bakery. You are physically fit and able to cope with standing, lifting and moving around. Your ability to learn is good, you pick up new skills readily and you strive to become proficient quickly. You are punctual and able to get yourself to work for 5:00am starts

This is a full-time role in which you will be employed under the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award, being paid hourly with penalties as per this award.

The team at Philippa’s in Brighton is a small, tight knit group focused on being welcoming, giving good training and producing really good quality product. Phillippa’s works with good quality, fresh, ingredients using traditional methods to produce our range.

**Salary**: $50,856.10 - $55,000.00 per year
