**The Role**

We are currently seeking a full time National Merchandising Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to:

- Review, develop, and implement merchandising strategies
- Manage planograms, merchandise planning, and space productivity analysis for all stores
- Ensure effective and consistent displays to enhance customer shopping experience
- Provide support and guidance to store teams in planogram implementation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on new store designs and relays/refits
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of Merchandisers to achieve KPIs consistently

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Team leadership experience within a similar merchandising or store operations role
- Demonstrated experience in Merchandising
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Developed skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Suite and Auto CAD (preferred, but not essential)
