**About the opportunity**

The MyChoice Coordinator works closely with the Studio Manager and is part of the Sydney MyChoice Design Studio team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide our clients with an exceptional customer service experience and manage the scheduling of appointments. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage multiple clients to schedule appointments which suit their needs
- Warmly greet clients as they enter the studio
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing guidance and support
- Work with the studio manager to assist meeting business targets
- Communicate with clients, confidence conversing over the phone
- Collaborate and coordinate work with other disciplines
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support

- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong planning and organising
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to work with a variety of clients
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients over the phone
- Administration experience
- Ideally experience working with Microsoft Office and BusinessCraft

This role involves working weekends.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
