**The Opportunity**

Working with Procurement and Sustainability stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the required processes, documentation, and program of initiatives within our supply base, to deliver on sustainability objectives. This includes net zero initiatives and carbon accounting reporting support, modern slavery, RAP and supplier diversity.

In this role you will also manage the overall delivery of HCF Procurements risk management of suppliers, collaborating with stakeholders across Legal, Risk and Compliance, Cyber Security, and IT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of HCF’s sustainability roadmap across the supplier base, working with procurement, stakeholders and suppliers to track the delivery of key initiatives.
- Develop and manage processes to collect supplier data across sustainability and risk categories, such as carbon accounting, modern slavery and financial risk
- Drive the continued development and maintenance of policy, frameworks and reporting to support the delivery of HCF’s sustainability and supplier risk requirements enterprise wide.

**About You**

You will be tertiary qualified in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or IT and have demonstrable experience in delivering risk management processes across supplier bases.

You will be customer-centric with a strong understanding of customer principles and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, working in confident, collaborative and result oriented way.

**Skills and experience**:

- 2-4 years' experience in similar areas of responsibility, including risk
- Strong data manipulation and reporting skills
- Highly competent in MS Excel
- Ability to draft processes, policy and frameworks
- Sustainability related qualifications or education will be highly regarded_
