About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR professional to join our established team on a temporary 3-month contract, covering leave from August through October. As a HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure that deadlines are met and provide exceptional administrative and telephone support. You’ll have the opportunity to oversee Change of Contracts, manage the P&C hotline and mailboxes, and handle various ad hoc administrative tasks. Our warm, friendly, and supportive team environment will make you feel right at home. Plus, you’ll enjoy the amazing work-life balance that comes with the option to work remotely.

About you

**Ideally, you will have**:
Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and HR advisory.

Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

Solution-focused mindset - Enable you to seek answers, support the business, and continuously learn and grow.

Ability to be agile and adaptable, with strong time management and organizational skills.
