The Opportunity

IDEXX is looking to expand their ANZ payroll with a nicely balanced part-time role of 3 days per week. **In this role you will be**:
A part of a team of 2, responsible for managing all aspects of an end-to-end fortnightly payroll

Supporting and responding promptly to payroll queries across the region

Preparing payroll reports as required for internal and external reporting

Continuous improvement through streamlining and automation

Supporting any audit and compliance activities

**Ideally you will have**:
A minimum of 3 years payroll experience within a medium to large organization.

Experience using Micropay

A sound knowledge of Australian payroll and HR legislation (NZ experience would be a bonus)

Exposure to award/IR payroll provisions and variable pay provisions

An organisation guru, with a high attention to detail and an urgency to meet deadlines

A proactive attitude and an ability to pick up processes quickly.
