Swimming Coach

**Lismore Workers Swim Team** is a community led swimming club, with a big heart. We pride ourselves on providing inclusive, high quality, and affordable swim training to the people of Lismore and surrounds.
This season we are looking to grow our team to complement our existing committed coaches. We seek expressions of interest from **ambitious and motivated coaches**, who share our vision to provide exceptional coaching from development to performance level swimmers.
Our program currently includes morning sessions from 6am to 7:30am and afternoon sessions from 4.15pm to 6:00pm, with an opportunity to build further. Our home pool is the Lismore Memorial Baths, and we also train at the Lismore Southern Cross University Pool during winter. Our club serves swimmers from around age 7 years (post-learn-to-swim), to young adults, as well as Masters and recreational swimmers. Rate is $30-50/hr (depending on experience).
The club recently secured a NSW Community Partnerships grant for building capacity of competitive swimming in Lismore. Now is the perfect time to join our club and help us grow to our full potential.
