- We are seeking a full-time Electrical Fitter to join our client's Australian manufacturing company (50 years of Electrical & Engineering excellence) based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne

**Who will you be working with?**

With over 50 years of experience manufacturing across 23 branches throughout Australia, our client specialises in manufacturing electrical engineering products for manufacturing, infrastructure and utilities, defence, and mining sectors.

**What will you be doing?**
- Interpretation and assembly of products according to design drawings within a safe and timely manner
- Quality checking of in-process and finished products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements
- Ensure production targets and customer requirements are met
- Ability to complete assembling and testing activities for switchgear and panel boards
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematic wiring diagrams and engineering drawings

**What do you need?**
- A-grade licence, electrical fitter licence or similar A Grade or Electrical Fitter/Trades Assistant
- Proven history of assembling and testing electrical products
- Practical understanding of electrical schematic, wiring diagrams and engineering drawing
- Strong technical skills
- Positive can-do attitude
