**About the role**:
The **Stores Person** plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, handling tasks such as receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory. This includes order fulfillment through accurate picking and packing, managing stock levels with a focus on replenishment, and preparing kits for dispatch. The role also involves forklift operation, cycle counts, and upholding a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your commitment to safety and accurate reporting will support our team’s success and ensure we deliver excellent service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Safety First**: Follow all Work Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- ** Order Fulfilment**: Accurately pick and pack orders based on paper pick lists, ensuring precision and quality.
- ** Packing Kits for Dispatch**: Prepare and pack pre-assembled kits for dispatch, ensuring they meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- ** Inventory Management**: Manage stock levels, including replenishment activities and regular cycle counts, to maintain accurate stock records.
- ** Warehouse Organisation**: Keep warehouse areas well-organized and clean; assist with container unloading and freight dispatch.
- ** Equipment Operation**: Safely operate forklifts (license required) and perform heavy lifting when needed.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Complete all paperwork and electronic records related to inventory and order fulfilment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III in Logistics or Warehousing (desirable).
- Forklift license (required).
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Cin 7, Business Central, or NetSuite.
- Previous warehouse or stores experience (preferred).
- Manual driver’s license (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

**Hours of Work**
- ** Monday to Thursday**:6.30 am - 3.45 pm
- ** Friday**:6.30 am - 12.30 pm
- ** Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend**
