**About this position**
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager this entry level position will be responsible to ensure the Human Resources Systems are accurately maintained. The role will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to successfully support People and Culture strategic objectives.

**This position is offered on a full-time basis, 12 months contract based at Tonsley Office. Flexible work arrangements are available.**

The HR Officer will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Maintain accurate people data in Human Resources Systems to support the People and Culture team.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant Human Resources information records.
- As directed, prepare employment contracts, employment variations and other Human Resources documentation for employees in consultation with Human Resources Business Partners.
- Co-ordinate the lodgement and records management of mandatory clearances and renewals as prescribed for existing and new employees, volunteers and student placements.
- Provide administrative and compliance support for all People and Culture activities.

***What you will need to succeed**
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or Business Administration or the equivalent experience and/or in training to obtain Certificate IV
- Sound administration, time management, prioritisation, planning and organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail and thorough documentation standards
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environment
