Reporting to the Group Manager Culture Change, the Culture Lead is responsible for implementing and embedding Crown’s people, culture and transformation change and strategies. This position also helps to localise, identify and continuously improve change resulting from our Group wide Culture Change Program, build organisational capabilities, optimise employee engagement and support the achievement of strategic objectives in line with Crown’s values and purpose.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Execute implementation of Culture Change Program, ensuring initiatives are in line with Crown’s values and cultural targets set by the Board, CEO and Executives as part of the Regulatory Response.
- Work collaboratively and coordinate with the Culture Change Team to execute and lead multiple business partners through organisational change efforts of varying size and complexity
- Review new and existing processes, resources and systems overseeing any changes where necessary
- Identify any risks regarding changes and recommending interventions to overcome or address these
- Identify dependencies and potential synergies and escalate where required

**Key Selection criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline essential i.e., minimum Bachelor Degree higher preferred
- Qualification in Change Management or experience in Organisational Development highly regarded
- Project management accreditation highly regarded
- A strong record in process improvement and change enablement
- Ability to liaise with confidence and credibility with stakeholders, including senior management, throughout our business.
