20-Feb-2023- Sydney, NSW, AUWe are looking for Shift Reliability Technicians who will be responsible for assisting with first response support for breakdowns and updates across our Toohey’s Brewery. Working with an iconic brand, this role will support the delivery of production rates through minimising waste events related to the equipment on site.

Our Brewery is also embarking on exciting new initiatives and projects. Some of these have already been brought to life including the use of automated vehicles to support the packaging process and harnessing new technologies to make our team’s life at work easier - **our Brewery is more than just beer**

The Brewery operates 24 hours Monday - Friday. Our Reliability Technicians work on a rotating roster across morning, overnight, and afternoon/evening shifts. This role will be based at the Toohey’s Brewery in Lidcombe, NSW.

**Some of the skills you will bring**:

- Relevant trade qualification
- Previous supervisory experience
- Stakeholder engagement and the ability to bring people on a journey
- Decision making in ambiguous situations
- An understanding of production and working within an FMCG environment

**Some of the activities you’ll be doing in the role**:

- Provide maintenance support to the equipment onsite
- Develop specialist technical skills in equipment and use those for troubleshooting and improvements with production teams
- Work on some of the latest robotic and packaging technologies or sophisticated brewing processes
- Supervising contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
- Champion a safety-first culture across the Brewery
