**About the role**

Consultant Anaesthetist will undertake pre and post-operative care, to patients of Grampians Health Ballarat. This includes performing a share of on-call duties and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will:

- Provide specialist anaesthetic services.
- Manage the full range of paediatric, adult & obstetric patients.
- Participate in clinical research projects.
- Undertake the supervision of Anaesthetic Registrars, HMOs & Nursing staff.
- Participating in the ongoing review of their Clinical Practice

**Skills and experience**

You will have:

- Fellowship of ANZCA or equivalent and being registered as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.
- A medical degree registered with AHPRA.
- Experience in anaesthetic service provision in a regional environment.
- Experience in clinical anaesthetic care across a wide range of surgical specialties, including paediatrics and obstetrics.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels

**How to apply**
